Rebecca Taylor has more than 20 years experience in leadership and innovation in government, education, and private sectors. She is an entrepreneur and small business owner whose business innovations have been recognized with awards for product development and export achievement.
With interests in her community’s economic development and well-being, Rebecca volunteers on the board of directors of Truro Development Corporation Limited, and is a member of the Along the Shore Community Health Board. She has been a school advisory council representative, a leader with Girl Guides of Canada, and she has helped young teens develop a unique after school recreational program.
She has a B.A. in Social Sciences from McMaster University, and she lives in Lornevale with her husband Dan and their two daughters.
