STELLARTON, NS – Pat Dunn will be the Progressive Conservative candidate in Pictou Centre in the upcoming provincial election.

Dunn was officially nominated tonight at an event with PC Party leader Jamie Baillie and over 200 enthusiastic supporters in attendance.
“A Progressive Conservative government will make life more affordable for people in Pictou County,” said Dunn. “The high tax agenda of the NDP and unaffordable power schemes of the Liberals are proof they don’t respect the family budget. Nova Scotians are looking to the PC Party to show them a better way forward now more than ever.”
Dunn says PC Party leader Jamie Baillie, a chartered accountant and former Credit Union Atlantic president, has the right experience to turn Nova Scotia’s economy around.
“Jamie is an experienced leader who knows how to create good jobs by lowering taxes, freezing power rates and stopping wasteful spending,” he said.
Dunn says he plans to get right to work, spending the coming weeks and months meeting with voters and discussing their priorities.
