The Nova Scotia Progressive Conservative Party is pleased to announce two staff changes today.

Christina Lamey has joined headquarters staff as Manager of Fundraising and Communications. Lamey was the Communications Manager at the PC Caucus Office and the Director of Communications on the PC Party’s campaign team.

Ross Haynes, Q.C., the Chair of the PC Nova Scotia Fund says that he is looking forward to working with Lamey and strengthening the Party’s finances.

“Our members and supporters will be pleased to see some of the initiatives we will bring forward to build the PC Party’s donor base,” said Haynes. “I am pleased that she is going to be helping us build for the future.”

Fund Administrator Paula Henderson has joined the PC Caucus office as the field representative for Pictou – Colchester – Cumberland – Hants East. The Progressive Conservative Party of Nova Scotia is thankful for Henderson’s three years of success as Fund Administrator and wishes her continued success in her new role with the caucus office.

Also joining the PC Party Headquarters as Field Organizer for Metro is Steve Taylor. In addition to this role for the PC Party, Taylor will also serve as the Field Representative Coordinator at the PC Caucus.

A former business owner, Taylor was a Metro area District Vice-President and past-candidate for the party.

“Steve brings the right combination of energy and strategic reasoning to help us gain momentum in the Halifax area,” said PC Party President Scott Armstrong. “We are glad that he is taking on this role for us in the exciting times that lie ahead for our party.”

Taylor takes over the position vacated when Jordi Morgan moved on to the position of Director of Parliamentary Affairs for federal Human Resources Minister Diane Finley. The Progressive Conservative Party wishes Morgan all the best in his new position and thanks him for the significant contribution he made, especially in modernizing the party’s campaign techniques.
